Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At thesaltylameon, all products are made and packed with love and care. Please read our policy carefully:

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in case of:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect items received
• An unboxing video is mandatory for any refund or replacement request.
• Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
